Christopeit Elliptical trainer CT 5

The stable elliptical bike features an elliptical bike with a approx. 7 kg Magnetic Brake System and whisper-quiet flat belt drive, allowing for silent training with good rotational performance. The pedalling resistance is adjustable in 15 levels thanks to the resistance regulation. The computer, compatible with tablets and smartphones, is very user-friendly with a large LCD screen. Manual pulse sensors are integrated into the handle and can be used for pulse training during exercise. The anti-slip footrests ensure stable foot positioning while pedalling.

Home training with the CT 5 means: a complete body workout, regardless of the weather, thanks to forward and backward movements. The combination of the handlebar, the trainer, and the stepper allows for a balanced workout of the muscles in the arms, shoulders, and back. It thus provides targeted training for the heart, endurance training with pulse monitoring. This can lead to improved metabolism, muscle strengthening, and thus enhanced overall fitness.
