Bodyweight plyometric workouts are an important part of any functional strength training programme to support high impact sports and prevent injury.

Each plyometric jump squat box is designed as a cube to provide 3 various height levels. The boxes are available in Small, Medium and Large, each with 3 in 1 height settings.

The plyobox is ready to use straight out of the box for instant plyometric jumping and aerobic workouts.
