TrendRehab's red light mat uses two proven wavelengths to provide a broad and deep-acting therapeutic effect. 660 nm red light is visible to the eye and is directed towards the outer layers of the skin, where it supports cell renewal, improves skin health, and increases circulation. 850 nm near-infrared light (NIR) is invisible but penetrates deeper into the body, reaching muscles, joints, and connective tissue - ideal for recovery, pain relief, and reducing inflammation. When these wavelengths are combined, they interact with the body's photo acceptors and create therapeutic effects that cannot be achieved with just one form of light.

TrendRehab's red light mat gives you full flexibility to adapt the treatment to your body and sensitivity. You can choose between three light modes: Full light (normal mode) which suits most people, 10 Hz pulse mode for those who are heat sensitive, and 40 Hz pulse mode for extra sensitive skin. In pulse modes, the light flashes 10 or 40 times per second, which provides short pauses between pulses and makes the treatment gentler without affecting the effect.

To fine-tune the intensity, there are five energy levels (P1-P5). We recommend that you start at P3 in normal mode and adjust according to how the heat feels. If you feel that the effect is too mild, you can increase to P5 for maximum intensity. The red light mat is easy to use in everyday life. For best results, treatment is recommended 3-4 times per week, approximately 30 minutes per session. With a flexible timer of 10-90 minutes, you can easily customize each treatment to your needs and routines.
